Features

1. DAMA five axis CNC pipe bevel cutting machine DPC-V, uses in intersection line of pipe or end profile cutting of pipe, provides the main pipe and branch pipe after cutting, the welding groove bevel angle conforms to the AWS.D1.1 welding standard.
2. DPC-V can be used for oil, natural gas, chemicals and shipbuilding, pressure vessels, pipe cutting. Combined with structural software also can make the Truss pipe cutting.
3. DPC-V configure with plasma or flame cutting. Pipe thickness: plasma cutting MAX 25mm, flame cutting up to 60mm
4. Combined with Zinc powder marking to do base alignment mark, after pipe to be cut easy identify each part for assembly.
5. The mechanism is the high strength welded structure, strong and heavy duty.
6. Rotation axis:
   • The axle core is SCM4 steel material made, use three heavy duty, high precision roll bearing, with load 8000Kg carrying capacity, has high strength, high accuracy and long life advantage.
   • Use electronics brush to contact the copper ring, has high electric conduction during plasma cutting and easy to replace in the future.
   • Appling the 3 jaw strong force chuck, pipe clamped and released easy operation.
   • Provides fume suction guide pipe, installing filter system easily.
7. Z axis lifter adopt cutting torch bevel unit:
   • Uses the width stainless steel band for dust prevention, has high dust-free efficiency and bears the acid, alkali.
   • Linkage type bevel head low back-lash and strongly mechanism designed provides reliable beveling angle.
   • Mechanical high sensor, can immediate sensing and real time positioning, to keep the constant for center of rotation.
8. Forks type lifter for pipe up/down supporter use the high strength bidirectional lead screw, and the load bearing extremely heavy loading, to maintain the stable for pipe support. Can option hydraulic type pipe up/down lifter to do assist.
9. FASTPCB CNC 5 axis controller with Windows Me operation system, build-in FASTPBC and FASTPIPE software.
10. Option FASTFRAM software can read AUOTCAD2006~2012 version DXF file format.
